My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and convenience. The rooms were comfortable, but lacking in natural light and views. The staff was welcoming and attentive, especially Marcia who went out of her way to assist us. The location was excellent for exploring the city, though a bit of a walk to the metro. The dining experience was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, a slightly tired hotel with great potential.

My room on the 6th floor had a view of the Castle and city of Lisbon. While the room was extremely comfortable, it lacked natural light and a nice view. The overall look seemed a bit tired with marked marble in the bathroom, worn floor, and peeling wall coverings.

The service was top-notch, especially the staff on Thursday evening at the reception, particularly Marcia, who was a pleasure to deal with. They were very friendly and eager to assist with our requests.

Staying at this hotel in Lisbon was an absolute delight. The rooms were very comfortable with excellent bedding, feather pillows, and a very convenient bathroom with soft bathrobes and slippers. The room was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful rest. However, the dining experience had some room for improvement with limited breakfast options. The service from the cleaning crew was exceptional, and the location was convenient, just a short walk from the main center and surrounded by many restaurants. Overall, a great value for money.
